316L ステンレス鋼のバルクヘッド ストレート コネクタは、「分離」接続を容易にするように設計された重要なコンポーネントであり、流体ラインがパネル、エンクロージャの壁、または隔壁を安全に通過できるようにします。

1. 優れたパネル固定・シール性
機械的安定性: 特殊な頑丈なバルクヘッド ナットを装備しているため、コネクタはパネルまたはキャビネットの壁にしっかりとロックできます。これにより、激しい振動下でもチューブが静止して安全に保たれます。
隔離保護: パーティションの物理的完全性を維持しながら、流体ラインがさまざまな圧力ゾーン、危険エリア、または保護ハウジングを安全に通過できるようにします。

2. 316L素材の優れた耐候性
耐粒界腐食性: 標準の 316 と比較して、超低炭素含有量の 316L は、特に高温にさらされた後や溶接後に優れた耐食性を発揮します。
極限環境への適応性: 海洋プラットフォームの塩水噴霧であっても、精製化学プラントの酸性ガスであっても、非常に長い耐用年数を実現します。

3. 高圧気密ダブルフェルール接続
金属間のシール: 古典的なダブルフェルール設計に従って、パネルの両側に信頼性の高いシール性能を提供します。通常、最大 6000 psi の圧力に耐えます。
圧力パルスの弾力性: この構造は、システムの圧力スパイクや流体衝撃を吸収するように精密に設計されており、インターフェースに漏れがありません。

拡張ネジ設計: バルクヘッド セクションは、ステンレス鋼プレート、プラスチック パネル、電気エンクロージャ壁などのさまざまなパネルの厚さに対応するために、ネジの長さが長くなっているのが特徴です。
溶接不要: 純粋に機械的な接続なので、取り付けにはレンチのみが必要です。 「高温作業」の必要性がなくなるため、防爆ゾーンや現場での改修に最適です。

5. 優れた内部清浄度
スムーズな流路: 一貫した内部ボアにより、流体がパネルを通過する際の圧力降下を最小限に抑えます。半導体産業や分析機器産業向けには、相互汚染を防止するEP（電解研磨）グレードをご用意しています。
