1. 優れた耐食性（316Lグレード）
低炭素の利点: 「L」は低炭素を表します。標準の 316 と比較して、316L は溶接時や高温暴露時の炭化物の析出を最小限に抑え、粒界腐食を効果的に防止します。
耐孔食性: モリブデン含有量が高いため、海水や酸性媒体などの塩化物が豊富な環境での孔食や隙間腐食に対して優れた化学的安定性を発揮します。

2. メカニカルダブルフェルールシール
ゼロリーク設計: ダブルフェルールシステムは、フロントフェルールをシールに使用し、バックフェルールをチューブグリップに使用します。この金属間のシールにより、高真空またはガス分子輸送用途でも漏れのない接続が保証されます。
耐振動性: バックフェルールのバネのような作用により、システム内の機械的振動と圧力パルスが減衰し、時間の経過とともにナットが緩むのを防ぎます。

3. 高圧および極端な温度への対応
圧力定格: チューブの壁の厚さに応じて、これらの継手は通常、3000 psi ～ 6000 psi (約 206 ～ 413 bar) の使用圧力に対応できます。
広い温度範囲: 摂氏 649 度 (華氏 1200 度) までの極低温で確実に動作し、熱サイクル中にシールの完全性を維持します。

一貫性: 標準の 1-1/4 回転プルアップ ルールに従うことで、設置者のスキル レベルに関係なく、ユーザーは一貫した高品質の接続を確保できます。

5. 高い内部クリーン度
精密な表面仕上げ: 316L ステンレス鋼は、電解研磨 (EP) または光輝焼鈍 (BA) との適合性が高くなります。滑らかな内部ボアにより粒子の捕捉や汚染が防止され、高純度ガスおよび超純水システムに最適です。
