316L ステンレス鋼圧縮継手雌ねじスループレートコネクタは、フェルールシール技術とスループレート取り付け構造を組み合わせたプロフェッショナルなパイプ接続デバイスです。その主な機能は、パイプが機器の壁や制御ボックスを通過するときに、安定性、信頼性、漏れ防止の接続を提供し、他端に他のパイプ継手や計装と接続するための雌ねじインターフェイスを提供することです。コネクタ本体は、一端にフェルール接続端、他端に雌ねじ接続端を備え、中央に貫通プレート固定構造を備えた一体の機械加工構造です。内部流路は精密機械加工されており、流体のスムーズな通過を確保し、圧力損失と乱流を低減します。フロントフェルールは、取り付け中にパイプの外壁に対してシールを形成し、締め付け中に軸方向の圧縮を生成して主なシール機能を達成します。リアフェルールは主にパイプの固定力を強化し、半径方向の係合を作成することで高圧または振動環境下でのパイプの緩みや脱落を防ぎます。コネクタをパネルや壁板に固定するために、おねじ部とロックナットや固定ワッシャーを含む貫通プレート固定構造を採用し、確実な取り付けを保証します。
